NOTE TO NEW MEXICO RESIDENTS Please note that orders shipped to addresses in New Mexico will require sales tax payment of 6.750%. The sales tax will automatically be added on by PayPal.
Shipping
I ship 1-5 business days after payment is received. I ship using First Class Mail with the US Postal Service. However all US purchases over $50 will be shipped using Priority Mail and be insured.
International mail—I do not lie on the custom form, so please check restrictions for your country of origin here. Any duties or custom fees you may incur are your responsibility. I will not pay import fees to your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately—preferably with a photo of the damaged item and it’s packaging. I will work something out with you, whether it be to send you a replacement item or refund your money.
I strive to write and photograph my items clearly. However I'm happy to accept returns of general stock items for any reason if you contact me within 14 days of placing your order. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent to you and earrings in particular must not have been worn.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM WORK. Please keep this in mind when you custom order pieces, as they are something I cannot resell if they are highly customized.
Warranty
Warranty of my products extends for two months from the date of sale, by which time any flaws or manufacturing faults should have become apparent. Please contact me as soon as possible if you discover a problem so that we may discuss it.
Items which appear to have been damaged by an accident on your part or by general misuse are not considered to be faulty.
Custom Orders
I do custom orders. If you have anything in mind please contact me. When doing a custom order with me I will let you know how long it will take to complete. Usually I will get the custom order made and shipped within a week.
